When will my order ship?

All orders are processed in 5-7 business days excluding holidays and weekends, unless otherwise stated. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Each order is carefully prepared in house to assure a safe transit.


How long does shipping take?

Due to Covid-19 delays we aren't able to give a definite range. We use UPS for Domestic U.S. orders and delivery is usually between 2-5 business days depending on your location but can vary. We use USPS for international orders and delivery is usually between 7-21 business days but can also vary. Please keep an eye on your order once you receive tracking information and if you think there is a problem with your order please email us at info@dxpegirlsociety.com .


Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Please double-check all information before you submitting your order. In the event you enter in the wrong shipping address, please email info@dxpegirlsociety.com immediately so that it can be corrected. Once the order has been shipped, no orders can be changed. Dxpe Girl Society will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, but transit times may be extended due to Covid-19.

Can I return or exchange my order?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


My item arrived defected or damaged, what do I do?

If your productive arrives defected or damaged, please email info@dxpegirlsociety.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll be glad to issue a replacement.
