PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Due to Covid-19, many orders will experience shipping delays until restrictions have been lifted worldwide. Orders are typically sent out within 1 week on our end but once it leaves us we have no control over how long it may take to arrive. As a general rule of thumb, you can get an estimate of how long it will take to receive your order by combining processing and shipping time. If you decide to order for a special occasion, please be sure to order ahead of time to avoid receiving the shipment late.
As of now we are monitoring orders and estimating their arrivals between 1 to 2 weeks after being shipped but in the rare occasion can take:
Up to 3 weeks for US
Up to 5 weeks for International orders due to customs.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Processing takes about 3 to 5 days from the date of purchase. During times when demand is very high, orders can take up to 7 days to be processed. We use USPS and UPS to ship your orders, which can take 3 to 7 business days to receive. You will receive an email or text once your order ships.
Do you offer International shipping?
Yes currently to Canada only. Due to international packages having to travel further and go through customs, the price will be a bit higher. Certain countries are subject to duty fees once they reach customs, so please check with your country before ordering.
What are the delivery times for US and International orders?
US Orders: 3-7 business days
Canada Orders: 6-10 business days
International Orders: 5-20 business days
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please be sure to double-check that all your information especially your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. If you realize that you have entered in the wrong shipping address, please email email@example.com immediately so that it can be corrected. Once the order has been shipped, the address can not be changed. Dxpe Girl Society will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
Can I return or exchange my order?
ALL SALES ARE FINALE. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ALLOWED. Please be sure to select the correct options and sizes when ordering.
My item arrived defected or damaged, what do I do?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product arrives defected or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a photo and we’ll be glad to issue a replacement.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when a replacement has shipped.
I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, therefor no refunds will be granted. In the event that you order something that cannot be processed and shipped in an efficient time manner, you will be offered the option of getting a refund. If warranted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
